YOUTH SERVICES

WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH OUR COMMUNITY TO DELIVER QUALITY SERVICES FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES.
The team are passionate about seeing local young people develop their skills and raise their aspirations.

Our approach is one of partnerships: with young people themselves, other organisations, with families, guardians, and other professionals. We work with and for our community, involving young people in choices that matter. Our aims are:
• To ensure young people have a voice
• To raise aspirations and improve skills
• To embrace and support diversity and inclusion
• To continually review, respond and improve our offer

The WCC Youth Service aims to offer support to all young people who need it, wherever in the parish the live, work or are educated. Our work, offering support using the most appropriate approaches to young people, no matter where on parish they live, helps reduce divisions across the piece and the territorialism that can lead to difficulties. Encouraging interaction and reducing community tensions are at the heart of our work.
