WELLBEING SERVICES

SUPPORTING POSITIVE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLBEING ACROSS THE PARISH OF WOUGHTON.......and beyond.
The wellbeing service is open to everyone. Our aim is to be available to support anyone who needs it. Might be you are feeling lonely or isolated, need to talk something through, worrying about how you will cope, need to share something, (good or bad) or just be around people.

If the thought of joining groups or coming to the community café seems daunting, we can meet up first and get you used to the idea if you would like. We can also refer or signpost to other services if required.

If meeting face to face is too much, we can phone you or talk by email or text. Whatever works for you.

Our Wellbeing service works alongside other support, both from Woughton Community Council and from other groups, organisations and agencies.

Our Advice Service can help with a range of issues and, where they can't help, they usually know someone who can.

Our Community Food gives options to help reduce waste, access affordable food and build social contacts.
