HIRE A HALL
Woughton Community Council manages four community venues across the parish.
MAKE A PROVISIONAL BOOKING FOR ANY OF OUR HALLS
Make an enquiry in the forms below, a member of our team will come back to you to arrange payment and confirm your booking.
Please note this bookings are not confirmed until you have paid your invoice. A £100 refundable deposit will be added to your invoice, alongside hall hire charges. The invoice will be raised by the next working day of your enquiry being sent. You will have 72 hours to settle your invoice or your provisional booking will be cancelled and the slot will be made available. For cancellation and full refund, we must receive at least 7 days’ notice, no refund is available for less than 7 days’ notice.

All meeting places can be booked on any day of the week except for public and bank holidays. Our costs are:
Woughton Community Council Parish Residents: £15.00 Per hour (Proof of address required – e.g. Photo driving licence)
Charity & Local Community: £20.00 Per hour (Registered charity number required for charities)
Private & Commercial: £30.00 per hour
Storage: £7.50 per Session
Eaglestone Activity Centre meeting room: £15.per hour
Public Liability Insurance (PLI) will still be charged at 10% of the hourly hire rate if you are unable to produce a valid PLI certificate.
