Please note this booking is not confirmed until you have paid your invoice. A £100 refundable deposit will be added to your invoice, alongside hall hire charge. The invoice will be raised by the next working day of your enquiry being sent. You will have 72 hours to settle your invoice or your provisional booking will be cancelled and the slot will be made available. For cancellation and full refund, we must receive at least 7 days’ notice, no refund is available for less than 7 days’ notice.
