WOUGHTON COMMUNITY COUNCIL SUPPORTS 'SCRUMPING' ACROSS THE PARISH 

There are many fruit trees across the parish, where fruit can be picked by residents. 
 
This includes apple and pear trees, where we encourage people to collect the fruit which is then made into fresh fruit juice on Apple Day that can be taken home!  
 
Apple Day tends to take place in either September or October across the Parish. We will post more information about it on our Events page closer to the time, so be sure to keep an eye out if you are interested.

There are more fruit trees available through the Community Garden, as well as the opportunity to volunteer to learn more about gardening and grwoing your own fruit and vegetables at home.
