The Wellbeing Service offers support to those experiencing difficulties with their emotional wellbeing or negative mental health. Support varies from one-to-one appointments, group sesisons and signposting to specialist services.
Adult Advice Directory

We work in partnership and have clear referal and signposting pathways to specialist services.
Our Advice Directory also provides information and links to our trusted partners, enabling you to make direct contact with useful organisations.
Projects
The Community teams offer opportunities, projects and sessions to enable residents to access support, participate in activities they enjoy, to meet up with friends and neighbours, connect with others or to practice, share, explore and develop new skills.
Our Community services are developed based on the needs and priorities of our residents, please speak to our officers and your councillors, so we can continue to be led by you.
Woughton's Health & Wellbeing Centre
Situated at No99 Jonathans, Coffee Hall, the centre is open to all Woughton residents.
With a mix of Woughton, partnership and volunteer led services the centre will bring services onto the parish. Making Health & Wellbeing services more accessible for residents.
As a new purposely designed building, we have worked hard to make it a welcoming, warm and safe space.
We hope you will take the opportunity to visit, have a cuppa, chat to the team and make use of all the great stuff we are looking to offer here.
Community Food - the Fridge, Larder and Cafes
The Community Food projects promote reducing food waste, access to nutritious and delicious food and encourage social interactions and volunteering. Woughton has various Community Fridges and Larders, alongside Community Cafes across the parish.
Grants
Our Communities and Environment Fund (previously known as Grant Aid) is a local grant scheme aimed at improving the quality of life of people who live, work and visit the Woughton Community Council area.
