Community Support Options – Spring 2020

With many people facing a period of isolation, children being off school, difficulties for some in getting the supplies they need and generally the world being a bit of a strange place at the moment, this page provides some information that may be useful for people across our community.

If there is something happening that you think it would be good to share, please let us know by emailing, ringing us on 01908 395681 or sharing on our social media ( or twitter @woughtoncc)

We can all do something to help each other during this difficult time, so please let us know if you need anything and we will try and help.

Children and Young People safeguarding

During this time of non to face to face contact, the Youth & Wellbeing teams are still working behind the scenes and you can contact the Youth Manager & Safeguarding Lead/ Child Protection Officer: Tash Darling on Tel: 01908 392945/ 07983 590546 and main office on 01908 395681 within usual working hours.

The team are currently trying to find creative ways to ensure our residents remain supported but we’re sure you can appreciate this is not straight forward. All our statutory services are still running so there is no reduction in emergency, medical or social care support. Please do not hesitate to seek the support you need, when you need it.

If you have concerns about a child, young person or vulnerable adult and fear they may be at risk from harm please contact the MASH through the Milton Keynes Council Website or call the Emergency Social Work Team on 01908 265545
